We require upfront payment of 30% - 50% on placing your order and the balance is due upon pickup from supplier, usually two weeks before the goods are shipped. Please note that we will not place any orders with suppliers until all deposits have been paid. This can be paid in cash or bank transfer.

As a general standard, allow a production lead time of four to six weeks for most handicraft items. For solid material furniture, we specify 14 weeks, including quality control, packing and loading process.
However, sometimes if your order is larger, we need to revise the production time on a case by case basis. For more info please email us:

This is the most important part of our process. We have zero tolerance for any defective product shipped from suppliers. If we discover any imperfections or damage to your goods, we will reject them on your behalf from the supplier and notify you accordingly. If stock is available, we will immediately replace the product for you, or upon your notification, we will re-order the item for your next container Our staff is very strict and specific in this process to make sure you get exactly what you ordered.
